Youth RISE has been awarded a Global Fund grant to implement activities on youth advocacy in support of the Global Fund’s Advocacy Roadmap (2023 – 2025). This project is primarily focused on the African region (Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Zimbabwe), with further focus on Asia (Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan).

The Global Fund Advocacy Ecosystem refers to the network of community-led and civil society organizations that work collaboratively to advance the Global Fund’s mission of ending
HIV, tuberculosis, and malaria as epidemics. This ecosystem is integral to the implementation of
the Global Fund’s strategy, with a focus on engaging diverse groups, including those most
affected by the three diseases, such as key populations, young people, and women.
