It is our shared responsibility to take the global action necessary to end the epidemic of #HIV and #AIDS now.

Young people are most often missing from national and global HIV prevention plans and programming. Young key populations, including young people who use drugs, must be actively included in the decision making processes and policy development.

States must adopt a harm reduction approach in their drug policies; especially in regards to integreated service provision and implementing youth-specific and gender sensitive facilities and programs.

UNAIDS says:
“Governments must now move from commitment to action. Governments must promote inclusive social and economic growth. They must eliminate discriminatory laws, policies and practicies, in order to ensure equal opportunities and reduce inequalities.”

We must reform drug policies worlwide if we are #EndAIDS and #EndInequalities.
