About Maruf Islam Purnima
Maruf is a young transgender activist and a diploma engineer based in Bangladesh. Maruf is actively involved in several organizations dedicated to advancing the rights and well-being of marginalized populations. She currently serves as an Executive Member of Diner Alo Hijra Songho, a community-based organization working to empower transgender communities in Bangladesh.
