Originally from Sacramento, California, Hunter is a student at Portland State University pursuing a Bachelor’s of Psychology with minors in Neuroscience and Gender, Sexuality, and Queer Studies. Hunter’s first introduction to harm reduction was while being a substance user, and as an active participant in substance use, he finds it crucial to advocate for access to effective harm reduction techniques for all.
