She has been involved with Youth RISE since 2020, where she represented Argentina as its IWG, and then became Latin American Communications Officer in September 2020 until February 2022, when she was appointed as Project Manager.
Back home, she works at Intercambios AC as coordinator of a harm reduction program focused on youth and nightlife. She was also responsible for co-writing the last two chapters (2018-2020/2020-2022) of the Global State of Harm Reduction, published by Harm Reduction International, and she was granted with a remote internship at WOLA, the Washington Office on Latin America, at the Drug Policy and Women and Incarceration programs during the fall of 2021.
Carolina has a degree in Sociology from the University of Buenos Aires and has been working in Drug Policy and Harm Reduction since 2017. She’s interested now in pursuing a master’s degree at International Human Rights.
