Bio: Antonio is a co-founder of “Reactivxs,” a Colombian risk and harm reduction project. He is a public health professional with a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. His research focus, called “Harm Reduction Tools”, centers on the development of pharmaceutical technologies with a Latin American identity designed to reduce harms associated with substance use.
