Hello, I’m Ana, from Georgia,
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy.
Alongside my academic pursuits, I am also a certified yoga instructor and have a keen interest in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) psychology. I strive to explore the ways in which Yoga and NLP techniques can be integrated into harm reduction efforts, ultimately enhancing our ability to connect with and support individuals in need.
Since 2018, I have been a member of the Georgian harm reduction community MANDALA. This experience allowed me to witness firsthand the positive transformations that can occur when individuals are provided with non-judgmental support, education, and resources. As a single mom, I understand the unique challenges that many young women face and I am committed to advocating for the well-being and rights of young people who use drugs, particularly in the realms of mental health and women’s rights.
