MJ Stowe is a researcher and activist whose work has focused on substance analysis (drug checking), needle and syringe program (NSP) coordination and advocacy. MJ has worked with various vulnerable and marginalised communities across South Africa. MJ’s skills include data handling, analysis and visualisation as well as science communication. He is particularly interested in using an evidence-based approach to implement full-spectrum harm reduction practices.
