About Maqbool Balouch
Maqbool is a human rights activist. He has a Master’s degree in Social Studies. He is the founder and Exective Director of the Ujala Welfare Organization (UWO) in Pakistan. He is working on drug harm reduction, HIV prevention and drug policies in Pakistan from the Youth Rise and UWO platform.
