About Manuela Memi
Manuela is a youth harm reduction and drug policy reform advocate from Argentina and based in Spain. She became involved in harm reduction and drug policy reform by establishing and running the SSDP Manchester chapter at her university from 2019 to 2022. Manuela is the Erasmus+ Project Coordinator at Youth RISE, and is part of the European Youth Drug Policy Consortium. She has a background in Psychedelic Neuroscience through her masters at The University of Manchester and carries out substance analyses in Energy Control Barcelona, a collective that provides harm reduction services and free drug testing to the public.
